We are so excited to announce our second match of the End of year Campaign! The SG Foundation have generously supported Midwives for Haiti since 2016, and this year they will match all contributions made up to $15,000!

This year we graduated 20 new midwives in August, and our twelfth cohort began in November. While every class faces unique challenges, Class 12 is beginning this new adventure in unique circumstances. The gang violence is intense, and kidnappings are up 300% this year. Political unrest is constant and the fuel shortage has severely impacted life in Haiti.

However, with your help, we KNOW that this year’s class will be successful! Their dedication to their calling is so apparent; they have already shown their courage and commitment to the program and to midwifery.
